Each Hospital Home Lottery ticket in a 3-pack or 5-pack, each 50/50 Add-On in a 5-pack or 15-pack, each Cash Calendar Add-On in a 3-pack, and all tickets in a Super Pack must contain the same information. Only one method of payment will be accepted, only one mailing address will be recorded, and only one envelope will be mailed containing all tickets.

Only tickets purchased before the Bonus deadline of midnight, October 6, 2017, are eligible for the Bonus Prize. The Bonus Prize draw will be made on October 19, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., at the offices of Deloitte LLP located at 44 Chipman Hill, 7th Floor, Saint John, NB E2L 4R9.
* Only tickets purchased before the Early Bird deadline of midnight, November 3, 2017, are eligible for the Early Bird draw. In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline, then all draws (excluding the top two valued prize draws) will begin November 14, 2017, at approx. 9:00 a.m., at the offices of Deloitte LLP. The first draw will be for the Early Bird Prize. This will be followed by draws for all remaining prizes starting with the prizes of least retail value. The top two valued prizes draws will be made at 11:00 a.m., November 16, 2017, from the Grand Prize Showhome and will be announced on CTV News at 5. Final ticket sales deadline is midnight, November 24, 2017. All remaining draws (excluding the top two valued prize draws) will begin on December 5, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at the offices of Deloitte LLP. Draws will proceed in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value. After each draw, including the Bonus and Early Bird draws, the winner is recorded and the ticket number goes back for the next draw. Each ticket purchased before the Bonus deadline is eligible for 1,654 draws. Each ticket purchased after the Bonus deadline but before the Early Bird deadline is eligible for 1,652 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,651 draws.
All prize draws are performed manually, as required by the licensing body (Department of Public Safety).
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Deloitte LLP, and under licensing approval by the licensing body.
Each prize draw will select one (1) winner and that winning token is selected from the draw drum at random. After each draw, including the Bonus Prize and Early Bird draws, the winner is recorded and the ticket number goes back for the next draw.
In the instance where multiple tokens are inadvertently selected from the draw drum, and this is identified prior to the reading of the token number, Deloitte LLP will halt the draw immediately, tokens will be returned to the drum, and the draw procedure will be performed to determine one (1) winner.
In the event that multiple tokens are inadvertently pulled from the draw drum, and this is not identified prior to identifying and reading of the token number, the token number read aloud, confirmed and recorded is deemed to be the first token pulled and therefore established as the valid winner.
A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by Deloitte LLP.

Prize Winner Notification
All winners will be notified in writing by Deloitte LLP as to what they have won and how to claim their prizes.
A complete list of winners will be published online at NBHospitalHomeLottery.com on November 23, 2017, if all draws are completed by November 16, or December 13, 2017, if all draws are completed by December 7.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded: no cash substitutes except where specified. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prizes must be claimed within one year of the applicable draw date.
Retail values are approximate as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prices include taxes and freight, where applicable.
The following people and their immediate families are excluded from purchasing tickets: Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation employees and Board members, and partners and employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates. Total value of all prizes is approximately $1,409,236. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets must be purchased and mailed within New Brunswick. All prizes are not taxable; ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).
